Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Anihta, operated by CAMBIAR_RAZON_SOCIAL, you accept these terms and the Privacy notice. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Anihta lets you create artificial intelligence agents that receive your customers' messages (text, audio, image and video) on WhatsApp, the web and API, and reply with text, voice and images according to your agent's settings. It also offers workspaces, teamwork, API keys and the history of what was received.

3. Your account and workspaces

You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account, with your API keys and by the members you add to your workspaces.

4. AI-generated replies

Agents' replies are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models (OpenAI, Google and Alibaba Cloud) and may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing your agents' settings, instructions and information and how you use their replies, especially on pricing, health, legal or financial matters.

5. Channels and third-party platforms

You may only connect numbers and accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage, and you must comply with each platform's terms (for example Meta's WhatsApp Business policies). Anihta does not control the availability or changes of those platforms.

6. Subscription, payments and fees

Plans are paid through Stripe and activated in your workspace once payment is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it; after cancelling it stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise. Prices may change with prior notice.

7. API and keys

API keys are confidential and identify you to Anihta. You are responsible for their use and for revoking them if they are compromised.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the platform to send illegal, misleading or offensive content, send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), impersonate other people or brands, collect data without consent, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or the artificial intelligence models.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and depends on third parties such as the artificial intelligence providers, Meta and Stripe. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

11. Intellectual property

Anihta, its brand and its software belong to CAMBIAR_RAZON_SOCIAL. Third-party brands mentioned belong to their owners. You keep the rights to your content and your agents' information.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with their date. If you keep using the platform after a change, you are deemed to accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Ciudad de México. For questions write to [email protected].
