1. Data controller
CAMBIAR_RAZON_SOCIAL, located at CAMBIAR_DOMICILIO_FISCAL, is responsible for the personal data collected through Anihta, an artificial intelligence platform for creating agents that talk to, sell to and support your customers on WhatsApp, the web and API. This notice is issued under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
2. Data we collect
Account data: first and last name, email, phone, company, country and profile picture.
Configuration data: your workspaces, their time zone, the agents you create and your API keys.
Conversations: the text messages, voice notes, images, videos and files your customers send to your agents, the replies Anihta generates and the contact details your customers share (name, phone, email and interest). You are responsible for holding your customers' data lawfully.
Billing data: plan, amount and status of your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; Anihta does not store your card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser, access date, token usage and an activity log within the platform.
3. How we use your data
Required purposes: create and manage your account, workspaces and agents; receive your customers' messages and generate your agents' replies (text, voice and images); keep each conversation's history so the agent has context; show you what was received and its usage; give access to your team; process your subscription; send service notices; provide support; and keep the platform secure.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data and we do not use it for any other purpose.
4. Who we share your data with
Artificial intelligence providers (OpenAI, Google and Alibaba Cloud), which process conversation content only to generate your agents' replies.
Meta (WhatsApp) and the channels you connect, to receive and send messages.
Stripe, to process your subscription payments.
Infrastructure, storage and email providers that help us run the service and are bound to protect your information.
Competent authorities, when required by law.
5. Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] with your name, your account email and your request. We will reply within 20 business days. If you are a customer of a company that uses Anihta, you may also contact that company directly.
6. Data deletion
You can delete your account from System > Profile > Delete account, or request it by writing to [email protected]. When deleted, your agents and API keys are removed, access is revoked and your data and conversations are erased or anonymized within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax or security obligations. Conversations are kept so your agents keep their context and you can review their history.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, API keys are confidential and access to each workspace and its conversations is limited to its members.
9. Cookies
We only use our own cookies to keep your session and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
